I have ten years of experience helping people in Silicon Valley navigate career inflection points. This includes working with managers and leaders from startup operators to military veterans, consultants, lawyers, and bankers.

For the past five years, I ran the talent program at Tradecraft, an education and consulting organization, where I individually coached over 800 product designers, marketers, and salespeople on transitioning into fast-growing startups. Prior to Tradecraft, I helped establish the Startup Policy Lab, a nonprofit think tank bridging tech and policy, and the Startup Legal Garage, an academic program of UC Hastings College of the Law that provides free legal services to startups.

I began my career as an attorney working with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and academic institutions.
